QR Code Parking Scam Hits Les Howard in North Wales
Les Howard, a 61-year-old man, fell victim to a QR code scam while trying to pay for parking in Caernarfon, North Wales. He downloaded a parking app using a QR code on the meter, but later found out that criminals had taken money from his bank account in £60 chunks.
